amazing suite experience!
generous spread local dish bottled water
the room was really huge and had every amenity i needed the wifi worked perfectly and i appreciated the bottled water provided breakfast presented a generous spread of pastries and local dishes i totally enjoyed every bite.

spacious rooms and superb food
large room generous breakfast early arrival superb location
the rooms were quite large and contained every amenity i needed from wifi to bottled water. breakfast offered a generous spread of pastries and sri lankan dishes i enjoyed every bite. i appreciated the hotel assisting with my early arrival and departure i found that very helpful. the location is superb making it easy to access nearby restaurants and shops
the air conditioning was quite loud in the bedroom i had to use the ceiling fan which was also noisy

A Truly Spacious Retreat

The rooms were amazing. I couldn't believe how spacious it was. The bathroom was huge and included a great living area. The bed was very comfy. It seemed like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is on a lovely quiet street!
Check-in was not smooth, it took too long. There was no dedicated check-in desk. I felt the staff could be more trained for a hotel of this price range.

The staff were friendly and cute, they provided lovely welcome drinks upon arrival. Chris showed great professionalism and kindness, he enhanced my visit with his superb service and attentiveness. I felt welcomed.

The hotel has a great bar and a sizable pool. It's really enjoyable. One of the best restaurants in the city is part of the hotel, though there are great eateries next door, the food there is fantastic. It is superb.

huge suite, quiet neighborhood
spacious rooms friendly team sumptuous breakfast
the room has good space to create spacious rooms. front-of-house team members are very friendly. breakfast was sumptuous, it set a tone for our stay. the hotel had easy access to restaurants nearby and a lively atmosphere.
the air conditioning was very loud in bedrooms. it did not work well. i had to put the ceiling fan on, but it was noisy. the whole place just felt very tired and needs upgrades to be able to charge these current rates.

staff were accommodating and helpful. they met every need in organizing a surprise. they ensured everything happened smoothly. i must mention their amazing event coordinator went out of the way.

the hotel had a location close to the city. it has a quiet neighborhood with an atm. gourmet shop selling expat food, wine and beer is right across the road. many restaurants are very close.
